Will the product range be changing?
Yes, but not immediately. A large portion will continue to be available for a period of time, while new products are in development. The Telegraph Hill Extra Virgin Olive Oil range will remain.
Will I still be able to buy my favourite products?
The best sellers from the Telegraph Hill range will continue to remain available ongoing. If you have a particular favourite product, we recommend stocking up in February, to avoid disappointment.
Is there an opportunity to buy my favourite products before they run out?
Yes, you can continue to purchase Telegraph Hill via the website as usual. Some items may be limited in supply, so we recommend purchasing before February 21st to allow for shipping times. The Olivery shop will continue to operate until February 28th only.
What is happening to the Olivery shop?
The Olivery shop will continue to operate at normal hours, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm until Friday 28th February 2025. After that, the shop will be closed to the public.
Will Telegraph Hill still be based in the Hawke’s Bay?
While there will no longer be a physical shop in Hawke’s Bay, the new owners will continue to source our olive oil from the same olive groves as they are now, to ensure continued excellence and consistency. Telegraph Hill will still be available at your favourite Hawke’s Bay retailers.
Will you still be offering the loyalty programme?
A loyalty program will be in place, it may change from the current program. We suggest redeeming any rewards ASAP to ensure you get them.
Will my customer account and order history remain intact?
Yes, there are no changes to our systems and all your past orders will be visible when you login to the website.
Are there any changes to product pricing?
Initially pricing for all products will remain the same.
Will the delivery times or shipping costs change?
Any changes will be advised in February
Who do I contact if I have a problem with an order during the transition?
