Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Telegraph Hill will accept returns/issue refunds due to product quality issues, but will not accept returns or refunds based on simply not liking the flavour.
2. Returned product will be replaced at no charge.
3. The customer will be responsible for any returned shipping cost.
4. Any issues with your order (eg damaged or missing products) must be notified within 2 business days from the date of receiving the package.
5. Refunds will take approximately 3 business days to process, or a store credit can be issued.
Cancellation Policy
1. If you change you mind after placing an order we will happily refund your purchase if your order has not been shipped. Note: NZ orders are shipped the next working day. International orders your consent will be requested for the additional freight charge prior to shipping.
2. Once orders have been shipped we cannot accept cancelled orders.
