Dukkah Crusted Fish
Serve 2 people
2x Fillets of fish of your choiceExtra Virgin Olive Oil – to cover the base of a frying pan + extra for the potatoes

2x Medium Potatoes
- Season the fillet of Fish with Hemp Seed, Olive or Roasted Dukkah
- Shallow fry in Extra Virgin Olive Oil until cooked
- Slice the potatoes about 3mm thick into rounds, coat in olive oil, salt and cook in the oven until done.
- Serve with oven baked potato chips and salad
