Olive Rub Recipe
Ingredients
1/3 cup Telegraph Hill Olive Powder
1/3 cup Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper
1 1/2 Tsp Dried thyme
2 Tbsp Raw Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
Combine all ingredients together. Can be stored in an airtight container for at least 12 months.
Can be used as a seasoning agent for meats, vegetables, casserole and stews.
