INGREDIENTS
1 bag of salad greens
1 avocado, sliced
½ bunch of asparagus, thinly sliced
50g feta, cubed
½ cup sliced pickled red onion
¼ cup pomegranate arils
Telegraph Hill Pomegranate and NZ Bush Honey dressing
METHOD
Arrange the salad greens into a large bowl or onto a platter, then arrange the sliced avocado on top.
Sprinkle over the sliced asparagus, feta, pickled red onion and pomegranate arils, then season lightly with salt and pepper.
Drizzle generously with our Pomegranate and NZ Bush Honey dressing, then serve and enjoy!
